2x Prefabs each 10ft x 35ft

Here for sale are two prefabs which are joined together via a very small corridor. Each portacabin measures 10 foot wide by 35 foot long. Ideal if your looking for a place to live spaciously instead of cramped in a caravan, either temp or permanently, maybe your building a new home? Or you have a plot of land?

Entrance is via a front door which has two locks fitted, this leads into the fitted kitchen which includes oven,hob and extractor fan. Space and plumbing for a washing machine and full size fridge freezer. Recently updated flooring and lots of cupboard space.

This then leads into what could be your front room and also splits off into adjoining prefab which consists of two bedrooms. all recently fitted with new carpet and a fully fitted bathroom. All has been recently redecorated. There are blinds on all the windows through out,although a few could do with updating,(a few marks on them) There are three storage heaters fitted, so it's always warm. All plumbing and electric works so just needs connecting to mains supply. Roof was re-felted just 3 months ago so all is water tight.

In my opinion, the only thing it needs, is a lick of paint on the outside to freshen it up.
So if size is what you require and compared to a caravan, for a cheap price, this will be for you, if required I can also include some of the furniture at no extra cost.

I brought this while i was working on my house extension, and was hardly ever used. Ive owned this for seven months now and no longer require it so it has to go.

54m of 9m of Clearspan Marquee + Wood Floor

Following the liquidation of a camping shop I am inviting offers for 18x bays of 9m Frame work with usable but old covers.

The covers have green slime on them but as you can see from the photos I completely removed a patch by a gentle rub with a wet finger!

The covers are made out of 502 Ferrari which is lacquered on both sides so the dirt slides off!. It has very little or no ingress into the base cloth. With a wash you could be mistaken for a two or three year old marquee!

The marquees are compleat with walls apart from 19m which is up against the building. Some of the walls have holes in where they have rubbed against sharp objects. However generally in good condition.

This would make a great storage tent as the frame work is much heavier than normal framed marquees and has withstood snow over winter for the last 4 years.

This marquee has been used for valeting cars, to my knowledge it’s around 5 years old. As you can see in the photographs the covers could do with cleaning. However the PVC is in generally good condition. We have the missing gable ends so the marquee is complete.
